What plans are available on ContentQL?
ContentQL offers three plans to suit different needs:
- Free – Basic features to help you get started with no cost.
- Pro – $15/month, suitable for teams requiring advanced management features.
- Enterprise – $60/month, designed for organizations that need enhanced security, compliance, and account control.
Is there a free plan available?
Yes, ContentQL provides a Free plan that includes essential features for personal projects and small-scale usage. Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise for access to advanced features and expanded resources.
How does billing work for each plan?
The Free plan has no cost. Pro and Enterprise plans have a standard monthly fee, with potential adjustments based on resource usage (see "Resource Usage" section below).
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees for any of ContentQL’s plans.
Billing and Payments
What is the Wallet System?
A currency that comes when we downgrade. Our wallet system holds amount currency which can only be added via coupons or works as a means for instant refund.
How does the Wallet System work with downgrades and cancellations?
- Downgrades: Any unused balance is credited to your wallet and can be used for future payments.
- Cancellations: The Wallet System does not apply to cancellations. Remaining balance is utilized within the current billing cycle and is not credited to the wallet.
Can I get a refund for unused balance?
No, ContentQL has a no-refund policy. Instead, any remaining balance from a plan downgrade is credited to your wallet for future use.
Resource Usage and Billing Adjustments
How is resource usage billed?
For Pro and Enterprise plans, monthly billing includes a base rate plus any additional charges based on resource usage. Your total payment may vary depending on usage levels each month.
Where can I view my estimated charges?
An Estimated Amount for the upcoming billing cycle is displayed on the bottom left of your profile page. This estimate combines your base plan rate and any anticipated resource-based charges, so you can monitor projected costs.
Account Management
Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Downgrades result in any unused balance being credited to your wallet, while cancellations use any remaining balance within the billing period.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. The Wallet System does not apply to cancellations, and no refund is provided for remaining balance.
Can I re-enroll in the Enterprise plan immediately after canceling?
Re-enrollment to the Enterprise plan is restricted immediately after cancellation. Contact ContentQL Support if you need assistance with plan reactivation.
