ContentQL offers three tailored plans to serve various needs: Free, Pro, and Enterprise.

Plans

We provide three subscription options and an integrated wallet system:

Once subscribed to any paid plan, from next months payments will be auto-debitted.

Resource Usage

Your monthly payment is based on standard pricing, with adjustments made for resource usage in the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Dynamic Billing: After an initial payment under the Pro or Enterprise plan, future billing will reflect the current month’s resource usage alongside the standard subscription rate.
Estimated Charges: To keep you informed, an estimated amount for the next billing cycle is displayed on the bottom left of your profile page which shows the "Current Usage". This figure projects your upcoming total, combining the standard plan rate with additional resource-based charges.
If a plan is cancelled, you cannot downgrade it but you can always resume it before the plan end date.

This flexible pricing approach ensures your plan adapts to your usage, keeping you in control of costs.

Note

You'll be charged based on the integrations that you enabled from integrations tab of each project. Remember that each individual project's integration will be charged on it's own.

Wallet System

ContentQL’s Wallet System ensures that any balance remaining from subscription changes is credited to your account, making it easy to transition between plans as your needs evolve.

How It Works

Plan Downgrades: If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan (such as Enterprise to Pro) before the end of the billing cycle, the remaining balance is automatically credited to your wallet. This balance can then be applied toward your next billing cycle.

Important Policy Information

No Refunds: ContentQL does not offer refunds on any remaining balances. All credits are wallet-based and can be used toward future billing cycles, providing flexibility for future upgrades or renewals.
Immediate Re-enrollment: If a plan is cancelled, you can resume your plan before it expires.

This system provides a seamless experience for users adjusting their plan options, with balance credits stored in the wallet for future use.
